Section Ed 321.23 - Building Aid for Planning and Design of School Facilities

Building aid for architectural, engineering, and other services associated with the planning and design of new school facilities or modifications to existing facilities as authorized by RSA 198:15-b,II(b) and (d) shall not be paid until construction has been approved by the legislative body of the school district or board of directors of a charter school and the project has been approved for funding by the department.
