Section 706.3969 - Pleadings: Limitation on number of interveners

When two or more interveners have substantially the same interest and positions, the Authority or presiding officer may, to expedite the hearing, limit the number of interveners who will be allowed to cross-examine, make and argue motions or make objections during the course of the hearing.
