Section 703.492 - Notice to parties; request for hearing1. The Commission will provide notice of the pendency of any matter before the Commission to the parties to the matter.2. The notice of pendency will specify that the party may, within 10 days after the date of the notice, request a hearing on the matter.3. If no request for a hearing is received by the Commission, it will dispense with a hearing and act upon the matter unless it finds that a hearing is necessary or required by statute.Nev. Admin.
