Section 703.790 - Orders of Commission: Date of issuance; effective date1. The date of the issuance of an order is the day the Secretary signs and verifies the order and affixes the seal of the Commission on the order. The Secretary will mail or deliver copies of the order to the parties of record no later than one day following the date of issuance. The date of issuance of an order may or may not be the day of decision by the Commission. The Secretary will clearly indicate on each order the date of its issuance.2.
