Section 703.735 - Rulings by presiding officer1. All rulings made by the presiding officer regarding the admissibility of evidence are subject to review by the Commission. Any pending petition or motion that involves a final determination of the proceeding must be referred to the Commission for determination.2. In extraordinary circumstances, when a prompt decision by the Commission is necessary to promote substantial justice, the presiding officer shall refer the matter to the Commission for determination and may recess the hearing pending its determination.Nev.
