Section 703.631 - Investigation and recommendation by Division1. When the Division of Consumer Complaint Resolution receives a response to a written complaint, it shall examine the complaint, the response and any other information it has obtained which is necessary for the resolution of the complaint.2. After completing an investigation of the matter set forth in the complaint, the Division shall notify all parties of the results of the investigation and shall recommend any actions which the parties should take in order to resolve the complaint.Nev.
