Section 652.383 - Director of licensed laboratory testing in oral pathology: QualificationsTo qualify for a license as a director of a licensed laboratory in which the only tests performed are in the subspecialty of oral pathology, a person must be:
1. Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, the American Board of Pathology or the American Osteopathic Board of Pathology; and2. A dentist licensed to practice dentistry in this State or a physician licensed to practice medicine in this State.Nev. Admin. Code § 652.383
