Section 645F.645 - Contract to provide covered services: Translation into language other than English

A licensee who negotiates in a language other than English in the course of entering into a contract for the provision of any covered service shall deliver to the homeowner at least 2 calendar days before the execution of the contract a translation in at least 10-point type of the material terms of the contract in the language in which the contract was negotiated, along with a statement indicating that the original contract will be in English.
