Section 645F.280 - Conducting other business in same office or place of business

A licensee is not prohibited from conducting any other business in the same office or place of business if each business has a designated space within the office and each business is separately identifiable by a prominent sign or other method of identification within the office and has a method to secure private and confidential information from the other business.
