Section 645F.245 - Activities authorized by license

A license as a covered service provider, foreclosure consultant or loan modification consultant entitles the licensee to engage only in the activities authorized by this chapter and chapter 645F of NRS for a covered service provider, foreclosure consultant or loan modification consultant, as applicable.
