Section 645F.080 - "Contacting a creditor on behalf of a homeowner" interpreted

As used in subsection 3 of NRS 645F.310, the phrase "contacting a creditor on behalf of a homeowner" includes, without limitation, all activity in which a loan modification consultant may engage, as described in NRS NRS 645F.365.
