Section 645F.550 - Approved providers: Maintenance and availability of certain records; provision of evidence of licensure to Commissioner1. A provider approved by the Commissioner to offer courses to meet the requirements for licensure or continuing education under the Nevada Covered Service Provider Regulations or chapter 645F of NRS shall maintain a record of each student's attendance and certification in any of those courses for 4 years after the student's enrollment and shall have such records open to inspection by the Commissioner, upon request, during the provider's business hours.2. A provider that is licensed to operate by the Commission on Postsecondary Education shall provide evidence of such licensure to the Commissioner.Nev. Admin. Code § 645F.550
