Section 630.Sec. 29 - NEW

If the Board issues a letter of warning, a letter of concern or a nonpunitive admonishment to an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 630.299, the Board will deliver a copy of the letter or admonishment to the supervising anesthesiologist supervising the care of the relevant patient as shown in the medical records of the patient.
