Section 588.110 - Restricted-use commercial fertilizers or agricultural minerals: Availability of record of sale to Director

A person required by NRS 588.295 to maintain a record of the sale of restricted-use commercial fertilizers or agricultural minerals shall make the record available to the Director upon request.
