Section 361.1175 - "Units of comparison" defined

"Units of comparison" means the components into which properties may be divided for the purpose of comparing sales, such as, without limitation, the sale price for property as a whole or for property per square foot, front foot, cubic foot, acre, lot, dwelling unit, room, bed, seat or floor-area ratio.
