Rule 23.19.1005 - CONSULTATION AND MAINTENANCE FEES(1) The initial consultation fee or donation shall not be more than $75.(2) The maintenance fee shall not be more than the lower of $50 or 15% of the monthly payment.(3) Any one time fee for any part of the credit counseling or debt management services, regardless of name, will be considered a part of the initial consultation fee. Any reoccurring fee for any part of the credit counseling or debt management services will be considered a part of the maintenance fee for the month it occurs in.(4) Any fee charged for noncredit counseling or debt management services must be reasonable and cannot be tied in any way to providing credit counseling or debt management services.Mont.
