Section 3 CSR 10-9.627 - Dog Training Area Permit

PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Dog Training Area Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

To operate a dog training area, and to purchase, hold, release, and shoot on the training area only legally obtained and captive-reared: pheasants, exotic partridges, quail, and mallard ducks. Fee: twenty-two dollars.
