Section 13 CSR 35-71.035 - Court Review and Dispositional HearingPURPOSE: This rule defines the provisions for judicial review and disposition of the child(ren).
The agency shall comply with all applicable requirements of section 210.710 or 210.720, RSMo, pertaining to judicial review of the status of the child.
