Section 11 CSR 45-4.040 - City or County InputPURPOSE: This rule establishes city or county input.
(1) Before the commission considers an application for a Class A or Class B license to operate in a given city or county, the city or county shall submit a plan outlining the following:(A) Recommended number of licenses;(B) Recommended applicants;(C) Community economic development, impact and affirmative action plan;(D) Proposed revenue sharing with other municipalities;(E) Any other information the city or county deems necessary; and(F) Any other information the commission may request.(2) Upon receipt of the initial application seeking a Class A or Class B license or both licenses to operate in a given city or county, the commission will notify the home dock city or county and the applicant must file a copy of the application's public information with that city or county.(3) The home dock city or county must submit its plan in writing to the commission within thirty (30) days after the filing by the applicant.(4) The commission may grant the city or county an opportunity at a commission meeting to orally present its plan.
