Part 4714.0409 - BATHTUBS AND WHIRLPOOL BATHTUBS UPC section 409.1 is amended to read as follows:
409.1 Application. Bathtubs and whirlpool bathtubs shall comply with the applicable standards referenced in Table 1401.1. Pressure sealed doors within bathtubs and whirlpool bathtub enclosures shall comply with the applicable standards referenced in Table 1401.1. Whirlpool pedicure tubs shall comply with general requirements and water retention sections of ASME Al 12.19.7, Hydromassage Bathtub Appliances, or IAPMO IGC 155, Pipeless Whirlpool Bathtub Appliances.Minn.
