Section R. 400.12308 - Application submissionRule 308.
(1) An agency shall act on a completed and signed application.(2) An agency shall require all caregivers in a multiple-caregiver household to sign the application.(3) An agency may consider an application withdrawn after 60 days if the applicant fails to cooperate, after attempts to actively engage the family, with the completion of the licensing process, provided there are no known non-compliances that would result in disciplinary action.Mich.
