Section R. 400.12302 - Program statement

Rule 302. An agency shall have and follow a current written program statement that includes all the following information:

(a) Types of foster care provided.

(b) Age and characteristics of children served.

(c) Types and numbers of foster homes needed.

(d) Types of services provided to children, parents, relatives, and foster families.

(e) Geographical area covered.
