Section R. 400.12204 - FacilitiesRule 204.
(1) An agency shall provide and maintain sufficient office space, equipment, and supplies to ensure the delivery of services.(2) An agency shall have physical office space with a Michigan street address.(3) An organization may maintain satellite offices when the following conditions are met: (a) The agency has notified the department in writing prior to opening the satellite office and has received approval to open the satellite office.(b) There is a completed written plan to ensure appropriate supervision is provided on a regular basis.(c) The files are made available for review at the agency main location when requested by the department.Mich.
