Section R. 323.2401 - Purpose and applicabilityRule 2401.
(1) These rules establish standards for the land application and beneficial recycling of biosolids originating from domestic sewage treatment systems and sanitary sewage treatment systems. The standards consist of general requirements, notification, recordkeeping, pollutant limits, management practices, and operational standards.(2) These rules apply to all of the following:(a) Any person who prepares or applies biosolids to the land.(b) Biosolids applied to the land.(c) The land where biosolids are applied.Mich.
