Section R. 299.2323 - Conversion of well to use allowed under part 615 of the actRule 2323.
(1) An applicant seeking to convert a well drilled under this part to a use allowed under part 615 of the act shall apply for and obtain a permit as provided in that part.(2) Upon issuance of the permit under part 615 of the act, a permit issued under this part of the act shall terminate and be without force and effect.Mich.
