(1) The teacher consultant for special education with an evaluation and consultation assignment shall do either or both of the following: (a) Provide consultation to education personnel on behalf of students with disabilities.(2) The teacher consultant shall not serve in supervisory or administrative roles and perform the function of a teacher consultant simultaneously.Mich.
