Section 26.07.02.02 - Incomplete Application

A. The Board may not take any action on an incomplete application.

B. An application is not complete until all required material, including the fee and supporting documentation, has been received by the Board.

C. An incomplete application shall be held for 1 year from the date of initial receipt, after which the application is invalid.
