Section 26.01.02.21 - Discovery

A. Discovery may be taken only in accordance with the stipulation of the parties. If such a stipulation is entered, then the hearing examiner may issue such orders as are necessary to implement discovery.

B. Parties may request governmental documents under the Maryland Public Information Act, State Government Article, §§ 10-611 et seq., Annotated Code of Maryland
