Section 26.01.02.12 - Venue

Hearings shall be conducted at the offices of the Department unless:

A. Applicable law requires the hearing to be conducted elsewhere; or

B. The hearing examiner determines that for convenience or the interests of justice the hearing shall be conducted at some other reasonable location.
