These regulations set forth procedures for filing requests with the Department of Business and Economic Development (Department) for the inspection or copying of records of the Department under State Government Article, §§ 10-611 -10-628, Annotated Code of Maryland. It is the policy of the Department to facilitate public access to the Department's records when access is allowed by law.
