Section 21.05.07.04 - Categories

Small procurements are classified in three categories:

A. Category I Small Procurements - $5,000 or less;

B. Category II Small Procurements - More than $5,000 but not more than $50,000; and

C. Category III Small Procurements - More than $50,000 but not more than $100,000, and, if a procurement for capital projects or maintenance by the Department of Natural Resources or a construction procurement by the Department of General Services or Department of Transportation, not more than $200,000.
