Section 10.44.22.03 - Records

A. The licensee shall:

(1) Maintain for 5 years accurate records of continuing education courses or programs in which the licensee has participated under these regulations; and

(2) Make continuing education records available to the Board or the Board's representative or representatives on request.

B. On a renewal form provided by the Board, a licensee shall verify compliance with this regulation.
