Section 10.01.09.01 - General

This chapter sets out the procedures for appeals of final cost settlements before the Hospital Appeal Board, pursuant to COMAR 10.09.92.10, 10.09.93.12, and 10.09.95.12, and the Nursing Home Appeal Board, pursuant to COMAR 10.09.10.34.
