Section 09.32.02.04-1 - Claimant Reemployment Assistance ServicesA. The Secretary shall establish criteria for a profiling system to identify claimants who are likely to exhaust unemployment insurance benefits and who will need reemployment assistance services to make a successful transition to new employment.B. When the Secretary determines that a claimant is likely to exhaust unemployment insurance benefits and will need reemployment assistance services to make a successful transition to new employment, the Secretary may schedule the claimant for appointments for reemployment assistance services. Reemployment assistance services may include: (1) Job search assistance;(5) Providing occupational and labor market information;(6) Evaluations and assessments;(9) Referrals to employers; andC. Regulation .04C of this chapter applies to the appointments scheduled pursuant to this regulation.Md. Code Regs. 09.32.02.04-1
