Section 04.05.02.04 - Communications with General Assembly Members

Nothing in this or other regulations shall prohibit citizens and small groups of citizens from communicating with the General Assembly in a reasonable and orderly manner, including delivery of handbills, pamphlets, letters, and small symbolic objects to members or members' offices.
