The purpose of this Rule is to fulfill the requirements of 1991 Public Law Chapter 872, Section 14 by establishing a requirement that workers' compensation insurers adjust the premium of any professional hockey team to reflect the employers' contractual obligations to continue salary and medical benefits during the course of any injury.
