Section 031-281-8 - Effective date

This rule is effective July 1, 1985, with the exception of Section 7, which is effective February 1, 1985.(1)

(1) In the case of persons becoming eligible to apply for a conversion policy prior to July 1, 1985, Rule-Chapter 280 shall apply.
