Section XLV-7521 - Unauthorized PracticeA. Any individual who utilizes telemedicine to practice medicine in this state in the absence of a medical license or a telemedicine permit duly issued by the board, shall be deemed to be engaged in the unauthorized practice of medicine and subject to the civil, injunctive and criminal penalties prescribed by the Act.La.
