Section XLV-7441 - Action against RegistrationA. For noncompliance with any of the provisions of this Chapter the board may, in addition to or in lieu of administrative proceedings against a physician's license, suspend, revoke, or cancel a physician's registration to engage in collaborative drug therapy management or impose such terms, conditions or restrictions thereon as the board may deem necessary or appropriate.La.
