Section XLV-7405 - Prohibitions and ExceptionsA. No physician shall engage in collaborative drug therapy management except in compliance with the rules of this Chapter.B. This Chapter shall not apply to a physician's practice in a hospital licensed by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, provided the medication ordered or prescribed by the physician for in-patients of the hospital is managed in accordance with a written agreement approved by the members of the medical staff of the hospital.La.
