Section XLV-7105 - General Conditions/ProhibitionsA. The use of integrative or complementary medicine for the diagnosis or treatment of any illness, disease or condition, constitutes legitimate medical therapy when provided in the course of professional medical practice, complies with the standard of care applicable to conventional medicine practitioners, and when fully documented in the patient's medical record. Any physician utilizing integrative or complementary medicine shall do so in strict compliance with the rules enumerated in this Chapter.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLV-7105
