Section XLV-6561 - Personal ResponsibilityA. A registrant is personally responsible for knowledge of and compliance with the provisions, requirements, and procedures set forth in this Chapter and with knowledge of and compliance with all other federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, acquisition, possession, storage, maintenance, and dispensation of and recordkeeping and reporting for medication.La.
