Section XLV-6555 - Termination of Practice or DispensationA. Not later than 10 days following the date on which a registrant terminates, concludes, sells, assigns, or retires from his practice of medicine or ceases dispensation and administration of medications, the registrant shall report the same to the board in writing. Upon completion of the physical inventory and reconciliation required in such event by §6529 hereof, the registrant shall deliver to the board a copy of such physical inventory record and reconciliation, together with his certificate of registration as a dispensing physician.La.
