Section XLV-6549 - Security for RecordsA. The records and documents required under Subchapter D of these rules shall be kept, stored, and maintained in such location and manner as to reasonably secure such records and documents against lost, destruction, theft, or access by unauthorized persons.B. All records and documents required under Subchapter D of these rules relating to Schedule II controlled substances shall be kept, stored, and maintained in such manner and in such location as is specified by §6547 for the storage of Schedule II controlled substances.La.
