Section XLV-6511 - Reinstatement of RegistrationA. The board may reinstate any registration which has been suspended, revoked, canceled, conditioned, or restricted by the board; provided, however, that no registration which has been revoked or canceled shall be reinstated by the board within five years of the effective date of such revocation or cancellation.La.
