Section XLV-6507 - Action against Medical LicenseA. Violation of the prohibitions set forth in §6505, or providing false or misleading statements in connection with any application required by this Subchapter, shall be deemed to constitute just cause for the suspension, revocation, refusal to issue, or the imposition of probationary or other restrictions on any license or permit to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana held or applied for by a physician culpable of such violation, or for other administrative action as the board may in its discretion determine to be necessary or appropriate, under R.S. 37:1285.A.(3), R.S.37:1285.A.(4), R.S. 37:1285.A.(6), and R.S. 1285.A.(30), respectively.La.
