Section XLV-6309 - Designation of License or PermitA. Every polysomnographic technologist and polysomnographic technician shall wear an identification badge when engaged in the practice of polysomnographic technology. The identification badge shall be clearly visible at all times and shall bear the first name or initial, the full surname and the term reflecting the individual's level of licensure.B. A polysomnographic technologist may use the words "polysomnographic technologist" or "licensed polysomnographic technologist" or the letters "PSGT" or "LPSGT" in connection with his or her name to denote his or her license.C. A polysomnographic technician may use the words "polysomnographic technician" "permit technician" or the letters "PSGT-E" in connection with his or her name to denote his or her permit.La. Admin.
