Section XLV-6029 - Board Access to DocumentsA. Collaborative practice agreements shall made available by a genetic counselor and collaborating physician for review, examination, inspection and copying upon request by the board or its designated employees or agents.B. A genetic counselor and collaborating physician shall comply with and respond to requests by the board for personal appearances and information relative to his or her collaborative practice.C. Employees or agents of the board may perform an on-site review of a genetic counselor and collaborating physician practice at any reasonable time, without the necessity of prior notice, to determine compliance with the requirements of these rules.La.
