Section XLV-3939 - Expiration of License, CertificateA. Every license or certificate issued under this Chapter shall expire and thereby become null, void and to no effect the following year on the last day of June B. The timely submission of a properly completed application for renewal of a license shall operate to continue an expiring license, and if applicable a certificate of advanced practice, in full force and effect pending renewal.La.
