Section XLV-3933 - Restriction, Limitations on ExaminationsA. Applicants shall be required to authorize the PEP and the Professional Examination Service to release their testing scores to the board each time the applicant-examinee attempts the examination according to the procedures for such notification established by the PEP.B.
